548th Enlisted 1991
This is an unclassified image transmitted over the 548th Imagery Support Terminal (IST) at Christmas circa 1987 to the 6th TIG (7th Air Force, Osan AB, Korea), 5th Air Force (Yokota AB, Japan), and 13th Air Force (Clark AB, Philippines). Everyday the 548th transmitted significant classified intelligence imagery from that days imagery to the intelligence staffs at these locations for use in their intelligence briefings. Primative by today's standards, but it was the best we had at that time.

Det 1, 548th: This was the crew that refurbished an old PPIF at Osan AB from May 1979 - July 1979, and established the Det 1, 548RTG. This later became the 6th TIG. Some of the guys are from the 18th TFG/15th TRS at Kadena AB.
